Test Technician--Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties; Microelectronic testing of surface mount and gold brick assemblies. Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory. Solid knowledge of component level trouble shooting using schematics, block diagrams and appropriate test equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Solid grasp and understanding of RF and Microwave theory and applications; Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits. Duties may be related to installation, maintenance, repair and support of manufacturing equipment, technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting, and technical analyses and problem-solving. Conducts tests, experiments and/or problem resolution associated with components, parts, products or processes/systems. Assist New Product Introduction team, technicians and engineers in process and product development.
The Manufacturing Execution System and Scheduler Reporting Lead will participate in a multi-site roll-out of Siemens Opcenter Manufacturing Execution System (MES). As the Reporting Track Lead, they will learn the data models for the MES, and for Siemens Opcenter APS (Advanced Scheduler), and then collect requirements from users to develop reports and analytics for cross-functional users and partners. Our primary reporting platform is Incorta, and an experienced Analyst should be able to acclimate to that platform relatively quickly, even if they’ve never used it. We also expect some direct SQL query authoring through the Opcenter interface in this role, as well as possible Power BI reporting and dashboarding. Sophisticated use of Excel will likely occur as well. Additionally, this role will manage some SQL data interfaces for our Advanced Scheduling system. They will assume ownership of input/output scripts, and work to stabilize and document them. They will also be asked to create new scripts, depending on business requirements. In this role, the individual will work with Operations, IT, Planning, and Management to ensure all reporting needs are met, and innovative solutions to data-based problems are created. Person must be comfortable with ambiguous requirements, and dialogue with requestors to clarify what their needs are. Documenting their processes and following good coding practices is a must. They will report into the head of Digital Transformation and take most of their direction from the MES project team and fellow Analyst team members.

Microsoft Office skill required. Excellent teamwork is a must. Escalate part shortages to material coordinator. Manages PICO’s SI’s. Puts away or coordinates the putting away of materials into storage locations. May perform cycle counts and resolves count discrepancies. Coordinates kitting activities for New Product Introduction and production jobs. This includes BOM accuracy, setup kit, cycle count material, review shortages and issue material as needed to the production floor. Must be customer oriented. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity. Essentially, you'll be assigned a set of tasks to ensure material availability for released and upcoming NPI/production jobs.

The PMTC Plate Shop is part of the dynamic team at building state of the art technology. The plating shop adds precious metals to parts that will protect them from corroding and activate their conductivity. The parts increase in value greatly while in the plate shop due to the addition of the metals and the function of the part. Electroplating is an area that requires extreme attention to detail to avoid damaging a product at the last step prior to shipping and coordination to ensure we meet customer expectations
Material Handler-- As an Advanced Material Handler your responsibilities will be: Identify any safety or compliance opportunities, and provide solution oriented feedback through to completion. Prepare and ship items using the appropriate shipping method, select appropriate shipping container, pack items for safe delivery. Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct. Receives and unloads incoming materials and uses available tools to verify accuracy of shipments. Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel. Traces lost shipments and/or file claims for lost or damaged items. Routinely performs administrative functions such as maintaining department databases, prepare routine reports, file shipping and receiving records. May operate material handling equipment that could include forklift, electric pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, carousels, walkie-stackers, order pickers as needed. Provide root cause and corrective actions for monthly business fundamentals, that fall out of control, or as requested by direct Supervisor. Provide first level auditing of job transactions and output for compliance with written processes and required guidelines. Partner with direct supervisor on coordination of month end, quarter end, or yearend output requirements. Flexibility to manage competing priorities, professionally and thoroughly. Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, written work instructions, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or health standards Performs miscellaneous logistics related administrative duties as assigned.
