Member Services Representative
Location: Rocklin, CA Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire
2-5 years call center experience, strong customer relations skills, and the desire to deliver outstanding customer service. The Member Services Rep is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the Company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer interaction and ensuring that all customer requirements & needs are completely met. In this role, you are the primary internal representative for our organization; you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our services. Because you will be in contact with new & current customers, you are in a unique position to influence a positive customer satisfaction experience and perception of our company as a whole. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. Pays $14+/Hr DOE.
Education: Pharmacy Technician/experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or GED required.Experience: 1 years of previous call center mandatory and pharmacy experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred• Excellent attitude with a desire to help others• Excellent telephone Customer Service skills• Excellent computer skill set• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Ability to work under difficult circumstances with a wide variety of individuals
