Contract
**Duties include:**
* Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment.
* Provides tier-1 and tier-2 support, keeping records of customer interactions, comments and actions taken to resolve support issues.
* Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring
* Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
* Performs desktop support for computer environment to all remote locations and users for Windows and Mac, including providing end user customer support/assistance
* Coordinates PC installation, maintenance, e-mail administration, disk capacity monitoring and network security. Provide all new employees and/or other requests with desktop and phone orientation training.
* Helpdesk Administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science preferred.
* Four – Five years of professional services
* Effective working knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office suites, Mac OSX mandatory and some SQL experience preferred.
* Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching
* Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically **Microsoft Azure)**

**Salary:** $40.00 - $70.00 per hour DOE
**Experience level:**

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday
