Professional Receptionist needed for an Engineering firm in the Sacramento area. Temp to hire with an hourly rate of $20-$25.

Full Time

· Produces and formats specifications, technicaland design memoranda, reports and general correspondences using companytemplates and formatting standards

· Proofreads completed work for accuracy ofediting and formatting

· Scans materials into PDF or uses Optical Character Recognition software to scan materials into MS Word

· Organizes and maintains directory structuresand file naming

· Maintains knowledge of company supportedsoftware packages in order to provide maximum support

· Collaborates on marketing materials with other offices as directed

· Maintains, updates, and coordinates weekly deliverables log

· Professionally answers phones and directscalls to appropriate person

· Greets guests in a professional, friendly, andhospitable manner

· Maintains inventory of office supplies and places orders as appropriate

· Processes and submits office invoices tocorporate accounting

· Logs status of employees and maintains signin/out sheets

· Copying, binding and scanning of individual documents/assists with large production deliverables

· Keeps front office area and conference room cleanand organized

· Maintains, files, and catalogs library documents

Required Skills

· Excellent phone etiquette

· A working knowledge of a multiple line phonesystem

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Excellent organization skills, verbal and writtencommunications skills

· Ability to multi-task, exercise goodjudgment, be detail-oriented and always maintain professionalism

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications.


· High School Diploma

· Minimum of 2 years of receptionist and/oradministrative assistant experience
