ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Regular and predictable attendance required• Reports directly to the Lead Customer Service Representative• Apply limited professional judgment within well-defined boundaries• Accurate data entry of received continuing education documentation• Guarantee effective and timely resolution of all continuing education documentation• Assist customers, clients, and coworkers with a wide range of problems using several types of communication, while adhering to a professional code of conduct with both internal and external communications• Resolve conflict in a professional and unbiased manner• Analyze trends in customer dissatisfaction, technical barriers, and lack of current information, and report potential issues to immediate supervisor• Adapt to a constantly changing, fast-paced environment while remaining organized and informed
