Prepare Monthly Report of Wine Operations for several wineries including: bulk inventory changes and balance; monthly bottling, wine transfers in and out and tax paid transactions; and quantity of grapes crushed during harvest. • Prepare regulatory reports for grape and wine production. • Prepare federal and state excise taxes reports for several wineries. • Prepare Bills of Lading for wine transfers as needed. • Submits labels to Tobacco Tax Trade • Maintain records of approved labels. • Maintain Universal Product Code logs; assign new codes as needed for bottling. Report projected monthly case production by winery. • Prepare export paperwork as needed. Compile weigh tags during harvest for three wineries and custom crush clients, calculating tonnage and estimated gallons. State compliance. • Ensure orders from all properties are processed correctly and have a group report. • Adjust shipping statuses accordingly. • File and deliver necessary manual reports to AP. • Update all sale tax on POS systems monthly. • Ensure all licenses are kept up to date and applications for renewal are submitted. Ensure label registrations are listed correctly. • Ensure all wines are registered in necessary states. • Stay up to date with DTC shipping laws. • Ensure state bonds are renewed. Accounting • Provide monthly inventory and bottling data to accounting department. • Calculates and prepare Custom Crush clients’ invoices. • Provide information for product registration and state licenses for national brand distribution.

Must be a multi-tasker and highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline driven. Ability to research and analyze information. • Excellent communications skills. • Previous winery compliance. • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel; basic Microsoft Office knowledge
