Director, Marketing Our client is the worldwide leader in AI vision, HD and 4K video, is on a mission to bring AI and computer vision to all types of devices, from surveillance cameras to robots to autonomous cars. The marketing team in Santa Clara is looking for a passionate individual to join the team and lead efforts to apply AI technology into robotics. In this position, you will be responsible to drive robotics strategy and go-to-market, working closely with the engineering, sales and executive management team.

Your main responsibilities:
- Develop robotics go-to-market strategy, including product definition (hardware and software), internal engineering deliverables, external branding, target customers and partners, demonstrations, tradeshows, participation at industry events, competitive analysis, and creating a partner network
- Apply automotive and autonomous driving technologies to the field of mobile robotics
- Become an industry advocate in robotics, including press, analysts, and partners.
- Increase visibility as a robotics SoC and AI supplier. This includes speaking engagements at industry events, thought-leadership articles, and targeted press activities
- Be the robotics technical expert. The ideal candidate should have a deep technical understanding of robotics, AI, SoCs, and surrounding technologies, in particular as it relates to autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). The candidate will be expected to drive deep technical discussions with the engineering team, as well as become the domain expert that the sales team can rely on when interacting with customers
- Note that this role is a high-visibility position which includes worldwide responsibilities and interaction with executive management.
The ideal candidate:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, EE, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar senior product marketing position
- Experience and successful track record in mobile robotics
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Availability to travel, up to 30% of the time
- The base salary range is $130,000 - $230,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
