- Answer and direct phone calls

- Manage CRM System Data Entry
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of prior experience coordinating office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
