We are looking to add a Admin Assistant to our client's team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and is a Team player. Solid computer skills are required as well a professional attitude. Insurance experience is preferred but we will also consider those without.

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Manage CRM System Data Entry


  • 1-2+ years of prior experience coordinating office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word in particular)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
